Brilliant for hip issues
These got rid of my hip complaint. I was in agony before Xmas with my hip. I bought these and started doing exercises when I got up. I am now pain free!!!! Easy to use.

Decent exercise bands
No idea who Jakko Foxx is but these are great exercise bands. They come in a nice bag, have already last a few months and are going strong. I also like the purple colour theme!

Not enough resistance
I was hoping for more tension from these bands, but they’re too light even at the highest level. Might be okay for beginners or rehab exercises, but not great for strength training.

Chuck these in the bin
These are actually pretty rubbish , too lightweight to be of any use and offer practically zero resistance, also because they are latex do not slide onto the hips very easily , best look elsewhere , I have now binned all of these

More Amazon crap
This is more low quality Amazon crap. The bands are really thin and even the “heavy” one is practically useless for me. I’m going to a sports shop and buying a proper band.
