There doesn't seem to be much CBD in these, so effects are subtle. I take about 3 in bed before sleep to help me sleep. Seems to help me drift off better. They taste fantastic, but cost a lot. It seems much cheaper to make my own, so this is something I should only resort to when I can't make my own CBD sweets. The 1000mg ones may be better priced.
