After over 40 hrs smoking I tried these patches and I'm almost a month of not smoking. Now I feel ready to move to the Step 2 of this brand. I’m not using them because I smoke. I’m used because the top of my foot hurts so I’m placing them on the top of my foot. I heard it helps. We will see. it’s still early. I did skip a day and my foot was killing me. I’m back to try it.

These patches work well. I like that they are durable and stay on the skin without irritation. They are easy to peel off of the sheet. Each one is in a separate wrapping.
