Nightmare to clean, but juices ok
This ok, it juices well although there is an amount of bits that get through and cleaning is a nightmare, I can see people will persevere with this for a couple of weeks and then get bored with it. If you can afford it go cor one that is easy to clean.

Pleasantly surprised at how well this works. My children were waiting for it to come fast so we can make fresh juice, very easy instructions to follow, lightweight not heavy , arrived on time, very well packaged, Very happy with this product, would recommend to others. Good value for money.

Useful tool
Very nice, really useful, it does everything detailed. I love it, I haven't used it for sorbet yet but I have seen people using it for that so hopefully it will work. 4 stars because of the price.

Very easy to use, not noisy at all, great capacity
Having previously used blenders to turn apples and oranges into sort-of-juice, I was very eager to give this a go! It's very easy to assemble and disassemble - it's essentially four main parts to the juicer; the base unit, the juicing bowl, auger (which comes preinstalled in the bowl), and the feeding chute cover, which all attach very easily. Just ensure the lid to the chute cover remains fully open when putting it all together or disassembling, as closing it locks it all into place. As it's my first time using a juicer, I followed the instructions and took 3 medium-sized apples, and cut them into "chunk" and removed all of the seeds, then placed them into the hopper. There was space for at least another two or three more apples in there but I just stuck with three apples. After securing the lid ,I powered it on, and was surprised that it wasn't making an absolute racket like my blender. It's much more quiet, though it's still not something you'd want to use in the early hours of the morning unless you live alone! The process was pretty quick. Within just over a minute, it had the completely pulped up remains in the left pot, and the fresh apple juice in the other. I used the pusher to scrape bits of apple from the side of the feeding chute into the centre so that it all got put through the auger. Quite fun to watch! Three medium-sized apples filled up 1/5th of the large juice cup, so for a big morning apple juice to last you most of the day, or for several people during a morning breakfast, you'll want to go through perhaps 10+ medium sized apples, depending on how juicy they are (mine have been in the fridge for a few weeks!). Cleaning was quite easy - as it all disassembles, it took just a few minutes of hand washing with hot water. The included brush was very handy for poking bits of apple through the mesh at the base of the juicing bowl, as well as stuck bits of apple pulp in the chute that sends pulp into the pulp jar. I'd suggest cleaning as soon as you are done with it, rather than leaving it for a while, as if anything dries up in there, it would be a hassle to clean! Looking forward to trying this with orange juice and other fruits in the very near future, looks like morning breakfasts will be more interesting for us!

Sturdy, User-Friendly Juicer with Thoughtful Design
I have to say, I'm genuinely impressed. Right out of the box, it was incredibly easy to assemble. Every piece seemed to fit together intuitively, and the instructions were clear, though I barely needed them. The machine is well-made, with a sturdy construction that feels like it’s built to last. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design—there’s nothing flimsy about it. Using the juicer is as simple as can be and it handles everything with ease. One of the standout features for me is how easy it is to clean. While I just rinse the parts and throw them into my dishwasher, I can tell that even without that luxury, cleaning it by hand would be straightforward and quick. The design seems to have minimized all the little nooks and crannies that usually make juicers a nightmare to clean. The only gripe I had was a small but frustrating one: there was a sticker on the top of the machine that left a sticky residue when I tried to remove it. It took some effort to clean off, which was a bit annoying. A simple mention in the instruction manual would’ve sufficed instead of that pesky sticker. One thing I learned (through no fault of the machine) is that if your fruit isn’t chilled, your juice won’t be either. Just a heads up for anyone who enjoys a cold glass of juice like I do. All in all, this juicer has been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s efficient, easy to use, and built like a tank. Aside from the sticker issue, I couldn’t be happier with it.

Works ok, but it's not worth the money. Instructions are not great! 🙃
I've already got a juicer. My other one is a centrifugal one, this one is a slow masticating one. I ordered this one to see how it compares. I juiced two small beetroots, 6 carrots, 3 small gala apples and a bit of ginger to get 600ml of juice. It did a good job of juicing but isn't as fast as my centrifugal one. The juicer looks nice. The grey is nice. It is fairly compact. It is very plastic, though. I don't think the quality matches the price. The instructions are a little confusing. The Amazon listing and the video say and show you, that you can put in whole fruits. However, the instructions that it comes with say to cut them into pieces. I did put in whole fruit and it did manage to juice them. It took me a while to figure out that you have to keep the lid open to lock that part of the juicer into place. There is a sticker on it saying so, but I didn't put two and two together 🫣. Plus, it doesn't say in the instructions booklet that you need to keep the lid open either. It should say it in there. The sticker isn't enough. Also, some of the headings in the 'English' section are written in French. It should all be in English in that section. It's got a lot of parts to wash up 😫. The instructions don't say that any of it is dishwasher safe either. So you have to wash everything by hand. 😫 For the current price of £199.99, I'd expect the parts to be dishwasher safe. Pulp gathers in quite a few of the parts too. Make sure you have a sink strainer in your sink, to avoid the pulp going down your drain. Also, I put a plastic bag in the pulp container whilst juicing. This meant there was one less thing to wash up as the pulp is contained in the bag. Overall, I think the juicer works well but it's not worth the current price of £199.99. There is currently a voucher on it for £40 off, which makes it £159.99. I wouldn't pay that for it either. I wouldn't pay more than £100 for it, to be honest. It's good, but the instructions are confusing, the item is too plastic and the parts are not dishwasher safe. I find my centrifugal juicer quicker and easier to wash than this one. If this slow one was under £100, I'd rate it higher. 🙃
