the camera's power buttom did not support when i tried to on the camera only. And when i attached the remote handle then the handle is supported by the camera button but still the camera did not function. Don't buy these type of items from the amazon. They never give any right instruction to the seller, amazon customer care service is so pathetic. Afternoon spending more then one hour they do not coperate and solve your problem. Searching customer care number for calling back to you is another headache. Useless services. That's why I didn't took the decision to buy the laptop from Amazon. And purchased it from the shop but I made mistake of buying camera from the amazon.

Good product just weight balancing cloud be more balanced some time the weight of the phone feels heavy. But overall it is very good product

Worst Product and Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I had a very bad experience with the IZI Gimbal. This is honestly one of the worst products I have ever purchased. From the very first day of using it, I started facing issues and immediately raised a complaint. The main problem was a charging defect — the gimbal was not charging properly. The product was clearly defective, but the customer care team kept denying that there was any fault. I even sent the gimbal back for inspection. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they sent me a video claiming that the product was working perfectly. However, when I received it back, the same charging problem was still there. It feels like they are only trying to mislead customers rather than provide genuine support. Even though the product was within the 10-day replacement warranty period and the complaint was made from the first day, they refused to replace the defective item. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. I strongly do not recommend this product or their customer service. Think twice before purchasing, as you may not receive proper support if something goes wrong.
