Revised Review
Revised Review My 1st review was one star because the cord is too short to reach any of my outlets around or besides furniture. With a 3 prong plug it didn't fit any of my extension cords. I was very disappointed. Since then, I discovered a 3-prong extension cord on Amazon. So now that I have a way to actually plug it in, I want to give it a fair review. The cord is still short, but a 3-prong extension cord fixes that problem. This unit is very well made, heavy and sturdy. It is also much much quieter than I expected. Now that I found a way to use it, and it is very good quality, I am very sad to have to return it. Unfortunately, it is not something a person that is High Risk for Retinal tears and detachments can use. I was told it can cause a retinal tear or detachment. Anyone that is highly myopic will be familiar with this from all the warnings and cautions they have received over their lifetime about retinal tears. I'm totally bummed about it because I really like this machine. But I do value my vision more. So just a word of precaution for those who are high myopic. I do recommend it to everyone else.

6 months daily use review
I am a 49 year old perimenopausal woman, 5' 3" 128lbs. I bought this in hopes to tone up and lose a little weight. my results were not quite as I expected, but I this has become part of my daily routine for over 6 months. This is my personal journey and opinion. I use my vibration plate every day, for 10-15 minutes at 110 vibration. I isolate different muscles, do squats, some simple yoga poses, and even do planks on the machine. 1. I don't believe you will lose weight using this machine. I have not, but i find myself, mostly my legs, feeling more sturdy, and slightly more visibly toned. definitely my calves. 2. the best finding for myself, is I don't hurt when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm not stiff, or sore, or find random pains that I used to have. This has been the greatest benefit of the machine. 3. I find my circulation is much better. It is easier to pick things up off the floor, kneeling on the floor, gardening has become easier. 4. I haven't experienced previous knee pain that I used to have come and go. My joints feel better. 5. I did have a lot of experience with itchy skin in the beginning, and every once in a while over my 6 months. If you lower the vibration it tends to go away, and with myself, i find it goes away about two minutes after you stop. It is intense... but it does go away. and the internet says just stick with it, and I have to agree. overall, I truly love this machine. I feel just better. I feel more sturdy. my legs feel stronger. I have found that I am still the same size and the same weight, but my clothes do fit better, especially in the waist line. I have large muscular calves to begin with, I walk an immense amount with my job. My calves could crush a bowling ball at this point, and Im not mad at it. I don't really have many negatives, the itching in the beginning, it's a little rough, but it goes away. But for me, I have really felt a difference. I move better, I hurt less. I hope my honesty helps you make a decision.

Love, love, love this machine. It has helped me so much with pain and has been an excellent tool on my weight loss journey. I would absolutely buy this over and over again if I needed to.

It's been a full year and I LOVE IT!
Such a great gift I was given last Christmas! I’ve had this vibration platform for a year now. I've used many (some prescribed by doctors) and this is definitely a keeper! I like the design and the look of this machine because the color blends in nicely with my decor. It seems to be well built and sturdy. I use it on my hardwood floor so the suction works great. I've also used it on synthetic wood, glossy tiles and carpet... worked great on all! The machine makes very little noise (but people downstairs CAN 110% hear it. And depending how you stand, it's louder/quieter). I have used it up to max vibration speed and enjoy it, but am aware that I can't do it too early or late. Honestly, when it starts making a bit too much noise... I adjust my feet on the platform and it goes away easily. This isn't the strongest on the market, but I'm OK with that. It gets rid of pain, is functional in multiple workout positions, is easy to move around the home, grips to the floor, is a reasonable price, has multiple settings, good attachments, bright light, distinct remote, audible buttons... I love it. This machine is powerful! It really gets the fat moving. I noticed slight weight loss and skin improvement within one month of consistent use. I haven't used the attachments but they're all very strong and trustworthy. Now with all that being said, let me mention the things I wasn’t quite happy with... The remote doesn’t always work that well. You damn near have to have it right up to the platform for it to do its thing. Using the machine wasn’t too hard to figure out but I'm sure some people prefer a more detailed manual. I initially complained about the max timer setting buttttt I then learned about the health risks... do your research before buying one. Although I have those minor issues, I'd still recommend and give it 4 out of 5 stars because the vibration is good it’s just the functionality (buttons, remote, sound etc.) could be better.

Pain reducing!
I used this same vibration pad at my Mom’s house and then got my own! I keep it by my bed so I can easily slide it over to hang my feet over and vibrate my feet and legs only or stand up by my bedside for a full body vibration. It is effective and easy to use. It gives me energy in the morning and provides comfort at night. It has increased my mobility, instead of laying down to rest I do a 15 min session and then get back up and moving around the house. It is quiet and relaxing to use while watching a movie as well. I’m so glad I was able to try it at my Mom’s house first or I probably would never have known how great it is!

Really like it but...
I’ve had this vibration platform for a few weeks now. I like the design and the look of this machine because the color blends in nicely with my decor. It seems to be well built and sturdy. I use it on my hardwood floor so the suction works great. The machine makes very little noise. I have only used it up to about 75-80 (vibration speed). Sometimes when it start making a little noise I adjust my feet on the platform and it goes away. This machine is powerful! It really gets the fat moving. I haven’t gone past 75-80 because it can be a little painful. I haven’t yet noticed any weight loss but usually when I’m done my legs and stomach has that good workout sting feeling. Now with all that being said let me mention the things I wasn’t quite happy with. The remote doesn’t work that well. You damn near have to have it right up to the platform for it to work. I would be ok not even using the remote but the other issue is that the buttons on the platform aren’t very responsive. Sometimes you have to push really hard to get it to respond and sometimes you can barely touch it and it responds. The manual isn’t very detailed. For instance it doesn’t show you how to attach the arm bands (you have to pull the metal plate that’s under the machine out to the side so the band can attach to the hole). I mean it wasn’t too hard to figure out but still. The Bluetooth seems to work fine. The tracker didn’t work. I did reach out to customer service and I did get a timely response. I was able to get the platform replaced but it was the same issues with the new one. The tracker did work on the new one I received. Another issue I had is that you can only set the time to 15 mins max. Now, there have been times after playing around with the time button I’ve been able to get it to 90 minutes. But it rarely happens. But it will go from 15 to 90, no in between. That just seems odd. I did inquire about that and was told it only does 15 mins max, so if you want to do more than 15 minute work out you have to keep resetting. So although I have all those issues I would still recommend and give it 4 out of 5 stars because the vibration is good it’s just the functionality ( button, remote etc) really sucks.
