So sad these was so overly sweet for me. I even tried putting half the amount in double the water and my god, I feel like I was drinking pure sugar. 😩 Disappointed considering the price is kind of expensive for the ones not in the USA.

These are absolutely so delicious and really really WORK. I used to have them every morning when I was breastfeeding to hydrate in the morning. They have loads of salts in them very similar to dyoralite but a more premium product however I just can’t get over the price. It really is too expensive if you’re gonna have them every day so I use them as a treat. It’s a shame if it was a better price I would use them every day.

Having been diagnosed with POTS I was recommended to try supplements with electrolytes, came across this and thought would give it a go, I’m extremely fussy with drinks and food so didn’t have high expectations and yes I was wrong to have those thoughts Brought while on prime day so cost was cheaper but after trying my first one I will be buying monthly to try and give my body that boost it needs, The best way I can describe the taste is like a strawberry crusha milkshake, it’s not powdery at all which is what I was worried about, iv been making up a bottle to keep in the fridge and will keep going back to it throughout the day as they say to have only one sachet a per day
