This has been a life saver. Got some cartilage piercings and was unable to sleep on that size. Now I have no issue.

This pillow does work for its intended use however, I feel like it would be better to have a little bit thicker of a pillow. This one tends to flatten quite easily. Also, the worst part about it is that it will dye your sheets. My pillows and my sheets and a chair incidentally have all been died with a black circle.

It is comfortable and good size to rest on, but the only downside is how quickly it'll get Hot.

I have two of these pillows and I love them. I have always slept on my left side and my ear lobe was swollen and suffered pain from the pressure of years sleeping on that ear. What I like most about the pillow is that you can replace the poly-fill with a different product, in my case organic spelt husks. I would actually recommend it would come as an option when purchasing. For me it's a game changer. My face doesn't sweat and it is extremely comfortable and definitely healthy. The washable cover also makes a difference, I bought two extra.

the pillow is nice but the hole is small, i have pretty average size ears and i got my cartilage and lobe peircings done at the same time and my is always pushed up against the sides. the pillow case would be of better material as it sticks to your face but the cushion is perfect!!!!!

When sleeping on this with wet hair, it bleeds blueish onto anything under it (I’ve washed it twice and it still does this). The hole could also be a bit bigger. I have piercings on all sides of my ear and with how small the hole is one of them is always touching the edge no matter how I position it. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it and I’m so glad this is available. Please consider an XL hole version an inch or two larger in diameter

I hadn’t noticed this right away but last night I used some pimple patches and when I woke up I saw that they had turned a light black. This has never happened with any other satin or silk pillow case I’ve used before.

Hole is too small for my ear with piercing. A cartilage piercing would work perfectly for this, but I got my upper lobe pierced and the pillow presses on it.
