Addicted. Love this coffee/expresso machine. Use it every morning. Like it so much got one work.

Wonderful cup of coffee
This machine is awesome! The coffee is much richer than you get with Kuerig, complete with crema! It’s a little loud, but that is a small consolation compared to the great cup of coffee you get. The pods are expensive but I find one cup ti be so satisfying that I don’t go for my usual second cup.

Used! I have read reviews where people have received used items. Well, it happened to me waited for this machine so excited to use. It opened it up and it was dirty and used so disappointed.

Brews cold, plastic-tasting coffee
I couldn’t get rid of a strong plastic taste/smell despite running several containers of water through this machine. It left a multi-colored film in plain water brewed through the machine, so the hot water may be interacting with plastic components while brewing. Brews cold too. Do not buy. This machine is unsafe junk.

Only lasted a few weeks
Sent this to my daughter in Germany. It only lasted a few weeks and shorted out inside. Blew the breaker in her apartment. I messaged the seller but got no reply so she sent it back. We are still waiting on the refund.

It’s too bad that the pods are so expensive- but you can buy the supplies on Amazon for refilling the different types of pods. For expresso coffee you need the expresso pods (they have a code on the underside of the rim that the machine reads and they only expend enough water for a small cup. For the larger lattes and flavoured coffee, cappuccinos you need to check the colour codes on the packages and they expend more water for a larger cup of coffee.

Great, but if you use your own pods filled with coffee grounds you must periodically manually clean the secondary plastic cup which the black pod holder sits in; it will confuse the barcode reader which needs to see the underside of the pod lip, or it will make the machine operate erratically
