I needed a replacement chain fast. This turned up the next day, even though I ordered it late. It was super easy to fit as I didn't need to size the chain. The Magic link is a great feature as this means you're not weakening the links by removing pins. Plus its design of the links makes it run smoother than my old chain thus reducing running noise. This is a great value chain for a replacement.

Seems like a good quality chain, but don’t be fooled by “Easy installation“. I bought two chains to install on two bikes. Shortened with a link extractor, then used the “Magic” connector to join the ends up. It’s supposed to click into place, but it took the strength of two burly blokes with a specially adapted tool to get them to “click” with both chains. On the plus side, I doubt they’ll come apart!

Great value chain

Good strong chain that is easy to fit. I cover a lot of miles in muddy wet terrain and it has lasted a year so far.

We don't have a chain breaker tool but was easy enough to use a hammer and a punch. Link was easy to install with no tools. For greased but used more once it was installed on bike. Looks good and works well. Fit my 6 speed bike with 4 links spare.

I bought this to replace damaged chain on a 30 year old 18 speed mountain bike. The Quick Link looked easy enough but try as I may I couldn't pull the links to click it into place. If not properly in place you can hear it sticking as it hits every cog. I was working with bike upside down on a bench. I put it back on the ground, held the brakes and tried to pedal it forward - CLICK the Smart Link snapped into place! Other than that it's great value for money

I needed a replacement for my worn chain as I cycle to work every day. Fitted nearly a month ago and working well.

Chain seems fine. Chain link was out of shape and wouldn't work. Tried to get a replacement link but couldn't get past the bloody Amazon bot. Used an old link. Chucked the new one in the bin. Infuriating.

La chaîne est visiblement de qualité, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à enlever un maillon, j'ai meulé les sertissages de chaque côté et j'ai fait levier, ben dur dur. Je vais donner des conseils pour le montage et démontage pour ceux qui ne l'ont jamais fait. Si c'est le même système de fixation du maillon: Pour démonter l'ancienne chaîne, vous mettez la chaîne sur les plus petits plateaux à l'avant et à l'arrière, afin de détendre la chaîne au maximum. Ou alors, mais cela prendra un peu plus de temps, vous démonter la roue. Rejoignez les maillons qu'il y a à gauche et à droite du maillon de fixation. Voir photos. Avec une pince vous appuyer fortement sur les 2 maillons, ça va libérer le maillon de fixation. Pour monter votre nouvelle chaîne, Vous posez les premiers maillons sur le grand plateau avant, tourner le pedalier dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre, ensuite vous faites passer la chaîne sur le pignon et sur les galets du tendeur. (Si vous n'avez jamais changer de chaîne, prenez une photo avant de la retirer pour retrouver la bonne position sur les galets) Si il n'y a personne pour vous aider, vous accrocher, une ficelle par exemple, sur le pédalier et sur le tendeur, afin que la chaîne soit complètement détendu, que vous puissiez ainsi plier les 2 maillons. Procédez comme pour le démontage, avec la pince vous rapprocher les 2 maillons, puis vous mettez les deux petites plaques sur le maillon de fixation que vous maintenez bien entre le pouce et l'index, puis vous relâchez, tirer bien fort pour que ça se verrouille. Chaîne de bonne qualité. Content pour le prix. En cas de problème ou si vous n'êtes pas satisfait vous avez 30 jours pour le retourner gratuitement à Amazon. (si toujours expédier par Amazon) Reçu le lendemain, un dimanche avec Prim. Étonnant pour 10 balles ! Commander, adopter ou retourner.
