The best post-workout drink. Replenish lost electrolytes. I literally have this shipped to me (now) across the other side of the world because its that good. Wish LMNT would expand into Southeast Asia; where I believe, this product would flourish. The high humidity & heat make it almost a necessity on a daily basis.

This is a little on the pricey side, nonetheless, it works as described. I prefer the packets that you mix yourself. It absolutely quenches your thirst, it’s highly mixable and has a great taste!
