Where are these made?

No idea, but they are not that flat. My favorite and my benchmark for flatness is the old Joe Boxer: cheap, around $11,00, but sold at Kmart which unfortunately is gone.

I've bought pillows with the same material inside and it clumps together when washing. How can I wash these without that happening?

Mine seem to straighten out in the dryer. If not your just ging to have to sleep on them and mold them toward the way you feel most comfortable

How much does a single pillow weigh?

Thank you for your question! Each of these Low Profile fiber pillows weighs ~1.5 lbs.

How do u contact this company? My refund is a mess

I would take that up with Amazon. They helped me out with my refunds when I had issues with some of the sellers.
