In any case the listing needs to reflect this important bit of information. Funnily enough the packaging had 3 pronged holes to place a UK adapter in it!Onto the actual product, my cat seems to only enjoy the comforts of my room and she gets very skittish in the main living room so I plugged this downstairs in a corner and I noticed a considerable improvement which showed her not bolting back into my room the minute she was done with her food or litter business. So the item definitely works.
