Mixes easily
I was looking for something to curb my appetite a little bit as I noticed I had been snacking a lot more since Thanksgiving. I decided to give this a try because it sounded good. I wasn’t expecting a powder, but it wasn’t something that would change my mind about it either. I will also say that I have never mix this by itself. I usually put it with a blue raspberry Creatine powder and drink it together. I had already known the creatine that I usually takes mix as well and when I mix the stuff in it, it didn’t have any grit to it at all, and it didn’t actually change the taste of what I was mixing it with. I do want to say that it felt like the first few times I took it. My appetite was somewhat suppressed not a whole lot but somewhat. It seemed to kind of wear off after the first few times, but I’ve kept at it and it seems to be doing its job. I had put on a few pounds between the holidays and those pounds are now gone. I will say, however, I did put a few pounds on while I was taking this after Thanksgiving in between Christmas but a few weeks after Christmas and I’m back down to what I was before Thanksgiving. Does it work? Well, I do work out every dayand watch what I eat but this stuff did seem to curb my appetite a little bit so I’m going to say. And watch what I eat but this stuff did seem to curb my appetite a little bit so I’m going to say it worked for me.

No noticeable benefit for me
As part of the Vine program its not uncommon to be offered supplements for review. I've been trying out a handful of supplements in recent weeks that claim to help boost weight loss. I'm entering week eight of semaglutide (Ozempic etc.) injections so that has been the primary weight loss driver but its interesting (in my opinion) to see how these supplements interact with it and possibly supplement it. I'm veering off a little into the unknown this week with these Calibrate Red drink packets. I had previously been using some products with apple cider vinegar, green tea extract etc. Stuff with some clinical research behind it at this point. This herbal blend is filled with stuff I hadn't heard much about. 400mg of citrus sinensis; 750mg of morus alba; 45mg of hibiscus sabdariffa; 100mg of hibiscus esculentus and 185mg of inulin. The packaging claims that it "works synergistically to support abdominal weight loss and maintain a healthy Body Mass Index." It also states that it is meant to be used in conjunction with a reduced calorie intake and increased physical activity. Sounds like what I've been up to lately! The flavor of the packets is natural passionfruit and hibiscus. I mixed one up initially in a bottle of water and if I had to use my imagination to name the flavor I'd label is honeysuckle extract. It's pleasant, very flowery, and only lightly sweet. It turns the water red and it does seem a natural red more so than food coloring. The package states that it contains sugar from natural sources but there is no nutritional label (it's a product of Australia/Singapore). Review period complete: I am now at the end of week 10 of my semaglutide injections. Week 8 was a wash with this supplement as I ran into some gut biome issues that needed to be sorted out. This re-balancing continued during week 9 during which I stopped using these and I was back to more or less normal for week 10 so I took one packet of this per day with my creatine mix. In the two weeks taking this, it didn't have a noticeable effect on my weight loss. I actually gained 2 lbs during week 10, which could be from a variety of things, but which was against the trend I had been following. So, it didn't seem to do much for me. Maybe it does not work well together with semaglutide, or maybe it would work better for someone with different physiology. It does taste okay as a standalone drink, but the asking price is a little too rich for my blood for that purpose.

A Smooth Addition to a Healthy Routine
I’ve been trying out the Calibrate Reds for a little while now, and while I haven’t noticed drastic changes just yet, I think it’s worth adding to my wellness routine. The taste is actually quite pleasant - nothing too overpowering, just light and drinkable. There’s a bit of settling at the bottom of the cup, but that’s a minor thing I don’t mind shaking out before sipping. I like that it’s plant-based and that the ingredients feel wholesome. I’m hopeful that over time, I’ll start to see some improvements in my metabolism and cravings, especially with a balanced diet and regular exercise alongside it. The steady energy levels and feeling of fullness are a nice bonus. I researched before trying and the ingredients seem legit with science backing it up. All in all, it feels like a gentle yet supportive addition to my daily routine, and I’m excited to keep using it! ✨

Seal was broken when received...
Unfortunately, I cannot write a review that will provide a fair assessment of the product itself, as I have been unable/unwilling to use the product. The powder mix is divided into 30 servings, each in it's own separate foil pouch. I love that they are in individual, portable servings. I love when powder mixes come in these types of pouches because they are incredibly easy to toss in a purse or slide in your pocket, but also, very easy to dispense into a bottle of water. I also appreciate that each one is individually sealed so that it stays fresh and there are no concerns about contamination or tampering. The science behind this product seems to check out, in regards to the ingredients and what they are supposed to do. From the ingredients to the packaging to the design, it does seem like a good product and I am really tempted/eager to try it. My issue is, the little sachets come in a box that slides out from the cover around it. The box and cover are taped together with a clear, round sticker. There is a way to easily punch a hole in the sticker without needing to use a box cutter, but it still needs to be an intentional and significant push to get it to tear, allowing access to the little cardboard drawer of products. While the sachets are all sealed, and are even all sealed together inside a plastic bag, it was really disconcerting to me that this brand new product arrived with a broken safety seal. Now ultimately, I don't know if the sticker was intended as a true "safety seal", or if it was purely meant to provide the little drawer from sliding out of its case (it very well could have been the latter), but when trying any kind of new health supplement, I want to feel really good about the quality and the safety. I want to feel that my product is in brand new condition and hasn't been tampered with. To me, the point of a seal is to provide that extra bit of confidence and comfort, and receiving this with a broken seal has left me uncomfortable with trying it. I may eventually come around and take the risk on trying it, but for now, I just feel a bit nervous about it...

A tasty supplement to support your weight loss journey!
I recently tried Calibrate Reds, and I'm quite impressed. The product comes in a convenient 30-sachet package, which makes it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Each sachet contains 2g of powder that mixes easily with water. One of the highlights for me is the pleasant taste—it's actually enjoyable to drink! I look forward to taking my daily sachet. I've been consistent with it, and I feel that it supports my goals. The vegan formula is also a big plus for me, and I appreciate the natural ingredients. I highly recommend Calibrate Reds to anyone looking for a tasty supplement to support their weight loss journey!

High quality. Contaminant testing?
This powdered mix has an herbal-y taste to it—in my opinion, it tastes fine—it’s neither bad nor good, but I don’t mind it at all. It’s easy to mix, but I wasn’t ever able to get it to fully dissolve—there’s always a bit of sediment at the bottom of my glass. No big deal, though. This product claims a lot of benefits, so I encourage you to do your own research to make sure it’s right for you, especially because of the price. It’s vegan and made with a lot of whole foods, which I appreciate. I don’t want to make any health claims, but I would order this again if it was within my budget. I think it’s a high-quality product from an Australian-based company. The one thing that bothers me is that I didn’t see any mention of this-party testing for contaminants, etc. Great product!
