Chiba Argon Premium Kevlar II Gloves

In a word - excellent. As an active wheelchair user, I'm out every day, and cover a lot of ground. These have to be the best gloves I've found. Having tried all sorts of gloves before, leather, suede, etc. (all of which fell apart within a couple of weeks hard wear), the durability is unsurpassed. The comfort is great, and the padding provides wonderful control and braking without a loss of dexterity. Cool in the hot weather and warm in the cold. They dry very quickly if its wet out, or if you've run them through the wash. To give an idea of the durability, the first three photos are my new pair, the latter are the the same after 6 weeks daily, heavy, usage. If you're an active user, I'd recommend these in an instant. Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but they trounce any other gloves.

Usually having a problem finding gloves rather on the tight or snug side, these are nice and roomy and I'm even able to fit a liner under. Hard wearing and the thumb makes a great addition. Well worth the purchase - though next time I may get away with the next size down.

I needed a pair of gloves for when I do my Wheelchair-Spin classes and the occasional road race. These are really well made and well worth the price tag unlike the cheap ones I've had before. Apart from the sizing issue (very unclear, I had to go onto their website), I went for the Unisex Small as my palm width was only 20cms, I'm male with small hands!. It's a snug fit. Anyway, the main problem is that the Kevlar palm material is so hard that it lacks any sort of grip, although it says it's non-slip!!! Maybe I should have gone with a gel grip instead. Can't fault the materials used or the craftsmanship... they should last a hell of a long time, unfortunately!

Fantastic gloves so good I have bought 2 pairs as they are just great. Hard wearing and with being a wheelchair user the thumb covered helps hugely in use. Love them must have for any fellow wheelchair user.

These gloves are incredible - well padded and feel like they are made to last. They may be seem expensive, but with these gloves when you wear them, you soon know why they cost what they do. I am new to using a wheelchair and have tried the cheaper and light leather fingerless gloves which are ok, but these gloves are just such great quality above the others. Would definitely recommend especially for those who are heavy wheelchair users.

These are supposed to be wheelchair gloves, they are falling part after 6 weeks use, palms are wearing through, especially on the thumbs, the Velcro cuffs are coming unstitched. Very poor.

these have got to be the hardest wearing gloves I've ever had. The rubber coating wears off quit quickly but the layer underneath just doesn't wear out. Fantastic.

Son los que mejor se agarran a la silla de ruedas. Duran unas 3 semanas usándolos mucho a diario.

Tras casi 3 años los guantes siguen manteniendo la compostura! Los materiales son casi perfectos, no han aparecido agujeros ni en la palma ni en el dedo pulgar como pasa con otros. Fáciles de poner y sacar con las tiras rojas que traen para ello. Las costuras siguen donde tienen q estar sin desilarse. Por ponerle una pega, en mojado no tienen el agarre q si tienen otros. Entiendo q x el tipo d material. El tema es agarrar con el pulgar el neumático y puedes salir del paso en esas sitiaciones. Si eres usuario activo de silla de ruedas, es un guante muy bueno para protejer esas manos q parecen estropajos xD

As a wheelchair user, these gloves give full protection to the thumbs, which is essential when stopping or turning suddenly. I previously used weight lifting gloves with kevlar but had to be mindful of thumb position.

Ich kann nicht klagen. Die tragen sich angenehm, sind weder zu eng noch zu locker. Der Greifring (ergonomischer Ring) lässt sich gut Packen. Bisher hat sich nichts gelöst. Zum an und ausziehen sind an den Handschuhe 3 Litzen dass erleichtert mir das ausziehen (Habe eine Nervenkrankheit). Ich kann die empfehlen.
