Remote not working

I have bought this voice remote for Amstrad 43inch AM43UG11Nxt model. Using it daily since 3 months.Pros:working as very original remotevoice detection working like charmbutton press is clicky and gives solid feel (not lossy)After pairing it operates on bluetooth.range in open room is 5-8 meters.if it is not paired, it works as IR remote. which is very handy and i love it (voiceless)battery lasts long, used 40% in 3 monthssolid body, does not get scratches easilyoverall it is a full carbon copy of original remote and hard to tell the differenceclear instructions in manual.whatsapp query supportcons:its little bit light in weight, but due to high quality material it does not feel fragile. Considering the price it is best imhoAbout service:very well packed, delivered in 2 days.I had trouble in pairing. I contacted them on their whatsapp and they troubleshoot it on live call. Their technical teams knows their stuffs. KudosWell, after using it for 3 months i am very happy with the voice reception,detection. Also it does not consume much battery which is a great saving.Consider me as happy customer. Thank you RESORB
