Is this item duarble plastic or is it soft like a stuffed animal?

Yeah it’s soft when it comes in contact with heat of the sun. I have them hanging inside on the car mirror, because of the heat when the car is parked up and all the windows are up, the heat makes the bottom of the sneakers come undone.
