Unstitched in second month of use, not at all happy

I wanted a big lunch box but nothing huge. It’s always a pain trying to hold multiple things at once but with the strap and the fact that I can put my lunch container and my yeti water bottle in it without needing to stretch it and nice that the cooler is hard on the inside because I hate when soft lunch box’s start to become flat but I’ve had it for 4 months and I thinks For me it’s a perfect fit.
