This is a real review no one has asked me to do this. This pillow set saved my behind for the last 2 weeks - and I am a side sleeper by the way. I had surgery which required me to sleep in an upright position for 2 weeks. I researched several pillow sets and chose this one based on other users' reviews and videos. The pillows are firm yet soft enough to give a little, and the headrest pillow is memory foam which is really nice because it has a lot more give and cush. I used this in several configurations: I could sit upright and read or listen to music or watch TV etc, I could position it a little lower which allowed me to rest more easily but still kept me at around a 45° angle (as requested by surgeon), I used the pillow with the two grooves for your legs as a table top in that I would flip it over and put it over my lap and I could eat in bed or use my computer - and I'm sure there are other configurations that I've not thought of and never attempted, but you will! And it's not that sleep was easy, it's more that it was possible and overall I was as comfortable as I think I could have been under the circumstances. I'm looking forward to just using this from now on as a comfortable way to read in bed or on the sofa and or watch TV etc. I'm attaching two pictures: one where I had the pillows a little lower and one where it was more upright though they look fairly similar. If you are having a lumpectomy with a lift/reduction or any type of breast surgery, TREAT YO SELF to this beauty! This pillow set has been perfect for keeping me upright while sleeping. I love all the different pieces and finding ways to get comfy with them. I was very hesitant bc I thought I could just use regular pillows. But then I decided, no I deserve this! I’m going through breast cancer for crying out loud! I can spend $60 on a pillow set that will help me heal . Best $60 I spent in a long time!

Love these pillow wedges. I'm looking forward to using them on my upcoming lumber discectomy surgery, that's the reason I ordered them, but I've been using them every night for extra support. I like the different variations that you can adjust them for different positions. I will most likely keep using these even after my surgery & I've recovered, they're really comfortable.

Back support with neck support: worked very well for me to sit comfortably in bed. The pieces themselves are pretty bulky, and having to move them so I could sleep and then position them again wasn't very fun, but they are light enough for it to not have been difficult. While using this pillow, I did receive proper neck support, which significantly reduced stiffness and pain I sometimes get in my neck after sitting too long. The height is fully adjustable, which made it very useful when I would shift around. Knee support: I only occasionally used this, since I couldn't figure out exactly which way to position it. The knee support has one long side and one steep side. If I use the steep side for my thighs and the long side for my lower legs, my lower legs were comfortable and vise versa. But either way, one side of my legs would inevitably end up stiff. Lap pillow/extended leg support: I never used this, due to the dips for the legs being too far apart. Using it on my lap didn't work because it required my legs to be spread apart. Using it on my lower legs was comfortable for a bit and then my body wanted to move. The other pillow/back support/arm rest thing: Didn't work as an armrest. Never tried it as additional back support. Based on how bulky the whole set is, I quickly stopped using this. The product arrived in good condition and fluffed out well. It did have the faint shipping order that comes when items have been compressed a while, but the smell went away quickly. Overall, a good set, though if you can find a set with armrests that is what I would recommend instead.

I was wondering if I might have been overly dramatic with my hysterectomy prep, but I am now 4 days post op and would do it exactly the same if I knew then what I know now. I chose to get a wedge pillow set because I am a side sleeper and I had difficulty getting comfortable sleeping elevated with what I had in the past after a sinus surgery. I chose THIS set because it seemed to be the best fit for my needs. I am 6 feet tall and this was a longer back pillow than other sets I considered. This set was a good fit for me. I tried different configurations pre-op and found a couple that I thought I might like. I found that one of the lumbar type pillows was softer (made of a different foam). I liked the softer one for my head/neck and the firmer one for my lower back. I used my own pillows for my "arm rests" and to help contain me. I could see a benefit to the set that included the arm pillows with pockets, but I did not need them myself. I spent one night in the hospital but still needed this for one night at home when the trapped gas pain (primarily in my shoulder) prevented me from reclining too much. I liked being able to set the angle to what was most comfortable for me in the moment. I no longer need this pillow set for sleeping. I have moved it to my couch because it is super helpful for resting my body while still being able to read or use a laptop comfortably. The pillow that has the leg cutouts that doubles as a desk I found helpful for putting between my legs for side sleeping, too. I liked that I was able to wash the covers because there was a bit of an odor (I am hypersensitive to odors). I washed and dried them on the delicate cycle and they went back on with no problem. If the pillows are able to be squished back into a vacuum seal bag for storage, that will be nice. I can see how these will still be useful even after recovery though. This was the perfect set for me for the price and for the benefits. I am glad I got them.

It comes compressed. Once out it's big and comfortable. Takes a little adjustment of the neck and low back pillow. 1 pillow is gel like while the other one is mushy. I forsee the velcro being an issue down the line. I think it'll work for what it's intended for.

Im 6'2", 255lbs. Had shoulder surgery. Im a side sleeper. After my surgery I was unable to sleep for more than a few hours due to the discomfort from the pain and being unable to get comfortable. Laying awake one night I saw this on Amazon and ordered it. Its extremely comfortable, adjustable and versatile. I slept through the whole night and got the best sleep since my surgery. I love this thing. I don't know about the vacuum bags. Have not used it. Biggest issue I have is there isn't any pillow like covers I can buy to wash easier. But it does have a case to wash. 1,000% would order again. Plan on keeping it for the wife for when she's pregnant.

This set turned out to be exactly what I needed during a very difficult time. After my hospitalization, it was so nice to come home to this set up. I had ordered it for myself and had my family members help get it setup for me. Moving around was difficulty the first few days and it was nice to feel supported everywhere I needed it while resting. Though I’m not resting as much now since I’m recovering well, I find that I’m still using it as it provides comfort.

Honnêtement j'étais septique au départ mais dès que j'ai ouvert les paquets,car chaques coussins est emballé individuellement, je me suis tout de suite rendu compte que c'était de la qualité et fait avec du bon tissus solide et doux. Ma femme est complètement ravis ce qui n'est pas rien dû tout, croyez moi!! Bref délai rapide, bon prix, bon produit et chaques coussins ont une housse lavable donc c'est vraiment génial !!
