This works so well- I'm very impressed!
I like that it's creamy, yet doesn't break off from the pencil while you're applying it! And, it stays on all day!!! Oulac is my "new favorite cosmetic company." I've been using their products for 2 or 3 years! Great prices, too!!!

Doesn't perform as sold
Color is true. Goes on smoothly. Bought two different colors. Problem is these are NOT waterproof except on the edges of your lips where they actually feather out. They totally dissolve on the inside of your lips so that it shows in a singing concert which is what I bought them for. Not what I wanted. Wouldn't purchase again. Too bad.
