SAMSUNG 1.9 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking, Stainless Steel, MS19DG8500SRAA

I needed this to align with the rest of the appliances I purchased. Matches the other Samsung stuff exactly how it should. Works fine. It does have a weird door lock thing thats quite annoying, but workable.

If youre expecting a properly refurbished product look somewhere else. The item looks like some person fixed it in his basement and it was their first time giving it a try. I'm not happy with how they bolted together this microwave. Multiple different types of screws barely hanging on or weren't put in properly. Pieces dented and ceramic is chipped away , door wouldn't open without me messing with it. Overall the quality is not worth the price in my opinion, just spend the extra money on a new one to avoid any problems.

Easy to use. Very large capacity. Nice/sleek design. However, like many of the other reviews, it had man dents and dings... i was lucky in that all the damage on mine was on the back and side panels, not the front... since I also bought the trim kit to install it into a cabinet, the rear and sides will never be visible--so i decided to fix the dents as best i could and keep the unit instead of returning it...

Matches the other Samsung appliances we bout for our new house. Works great and is good quality. Warms food up quickly.

Samsung has a fantastic customer service and great app. I found this out the hard way we had a built-in microwave that died. It was about this exact size so here we are replacing our built-in with this countertop model. You can buy the attachments separately to make this a built-in there is a feature on there where the door automatically locks so you can’t just pop the door open and get your food out you can disable this but anytime your power goes out the setting reverse. It’s something to know, but it just does not make a difference to us because you can easily turn it off. You can also turn off the beeping which drives me crazy. I’ve been pleased with it. I will tell you the inside of this is black, which is great because inevitably something always spills inside the microwave and then there’s that weird discolored spot in the back of it that looks off you can’t see anything in the inside of this because the entire thing is black comes with a warranty, make sure you register it on your Samsung SmartThings app there is a noise while it is cooking. It is not a silent one, but it looks great and performs well.

Potential buyers, believe the other reviews about damaged product in intact boxes and the button sticking issues. My unit was destined for a cabinet install so I could live with the dents, even though they are substantial, but, we tried hoping the button would get better with some use, it has not. Our kids (12 & 13) cannot press the button hard enough to get it to open, and the door often has to be slammed closed to get it to pop out again. To be clear, the packing film has been removed from both the control panel and button, that's not what is hanging it up. Also, I am well aware of the annoying door lock feature but I also know it can be overridden, that's not the problem here, the door button just does not work properly.

The first microwave came dented, and the second one has a crooked door. It is not a high-quality product, however, it is one of the few models which fit in my space. The unlock door feature can be cumbersome if you’re not used to it.

I waited a while to review this to make sure it preformed. Installation was simple and it works great
