Best toothpaste for sensitive teeth.

Sensodyne has many different toothpastes for sensitive teeth and I've probably used them all over the years. Lately my teeth have been more sensitive than ever and actually very painful, especially after snacking on cherry tomatoes (acidic foods). My dentist recommended this particular Sensodyne and told me how to use it to be effective. Teeth are porous (who knew?!) so it's best to rub some of the paste on the surface of your teeth and let it sit for 60 seconds before brushing and don't brush too hard. Don't rinse with anything afterwards or drink anything. Let the toothpaste do it's job. Works welll for me!

I love this toothpaste. Works within the timeframe described provided you brush twice a day. Am so glad I can still purchase through Amazon since I can no longer find in the stores.
