A MUST HAVE for your counseling office! I work with adolescents and itโs often hard for them to pinpoint emotions so this feelings wheel on my desk is perfect to help them share something other than โsad, mad, glad.โ We also talk ALOT about what you can and canโt control so I love that this is two-sided and has that visual.
