This light is really great, good effects and bright. Well made, remote control works well, haven't used the DMX control but it does have it. You really need it in an environment with a smoke machine to get the best visuals (see the video). I would highly recommend this!

Really pleased with this. Having regular parties in the house, I wanted to upgrade and add a new laser system. This is perfect, really bright, I played this on a dark background with no smoke machine and the animations are awesome. Can't wait to try it with music and smoke machine.

The unit itself is fairly compact in size, and comes with 2 remote controls, which is an interesting inclusion. No doubt a spare will come in handy. So far I've just run it in my back room to see how it performs. First impressions are mostly positive. Not really fussed on the 'animations' - quickly become repetitive. Luckily the remote allows you to choose between lights/animations or lights and animations intermixed. You can also set your lights to a single colour or have the regular multi-colour. I don't have any fancy controllers - so rely on the sound activation which seems to work well. The instructions mention that the unit should be mounted at 3.2m high - to avoid the risk of eye contact - not sure many homes have ceilings quite that high. When you add haze - there's quite a difference to the ambience and display. Too much haze though seems to kill off the beams - so you do have to get the balance right. I've attached a video - I'm not sure if it'll work - let's give it a try. You can see how the unit performs with smoke. (Smoke comes from a third party hazer - the lights don't produce it!) Overall I'd say it's great for a relatively small space (taking into account the suggested height restrictions) - and certainly for the price point, it certainly seems a decent bit of kit to get your parties rolling.

Absolutely superb. I've used it at a rave and 2 parties now and it deliveres WAY beyond its price. I've programmed shet/wave sweeps with DMX, but mostly let it run on shapes/pattern mode with sound activation. Obviously it relies on smoke to be seen - you don't need much mind you - and smoke machines are cheap and plentiful. Tip: The actual "long"/"down the line" effects (not the drawings on the wall) are almost invisible viewed from behind the projector, but stand in front and they are amazing. I found after several tries that the best place for it is behind the front / stage / DJ firing at the crowd at head height - yes, head height. As ALL the effects are "large" they are never in the middle - so they are all around you, and occasionally glancing past. High up and firing down into the audience woks well too - just don't put it behind the crowd.

The service I have received has been amazing. I had a previous model which suffered a fault Even though it was out of warranty the help given by hedy was brilliant. Unable to resolve the issue due to lack of warranty I was still offered help which led me to upgrading to the l2700 which so far I have been very impressed with. The ability to scroll through the animations. The choice is great too. Being able to use the control to store also is a great addition rather than having to learn to use a dmx mixer. 10/10 from me

Pretty cool lasers. Lots of animations and effects to choose from. Bought this for my son's 16 at home and left it going throughout the night. Loses one star as I'm not sure the mic is that sensitive to pick up the music.Insoevialise In lasers and whilst this isn't a state of the art one it has various options for that professional party and will be included in my arsenal of laser hardware as a backup and side-line. For anyone wanting a decent laser machine that you can just turn on and use at home this is a good option. Lots of different colours and effects. If it had the option to upload or use more images, animations and effects this would make it a killer laser machine, although I'm sure the price would go up.
