It's awful. There is barely any padding so if you did hit your head it would definitely still do a lot of damage and you could still crack your skull. It's not even worth 1 star.

Strong and worthy

Please measure your head circumference before purchasing it. It has a tightener behind that locks it in place and has protected me when I had unintended falls.
