Useless product heat not coming properly on shoulder and neck only single line of wire through neck part its not giving sufficient heat i think its give heat entire the pad but its work only back

Must have for neck or shoulder relive
I purchased this product as I was suffering from stiffness in my neck and shoulder area. Other warm pads are inappropriate to serve that areas nor my hands can reach there to hold them. This product found to be the perfect solution for neck and shoulder pain relief, it can also used for warm therapy. Easy to use, just wear and adjust your heating range according to requirements. Looks wise it appears elegant and justifying it's price point. Long run review will write soon after regress use.
