Terrible water pressure since I fitted the filter. Not sure how effective it really is.

Arrived on time, easy to install, and seems to be working - no water testing has been performed, but the odours are gone.

I installed this shower filter while dealing with extremely hard water during a deployment in Australia, and it worked great for my situation. The water felt noticeably better after installation, and the filter was easy to install with no leaks or issues. After using it, the water felt less harsh overall, and showering was much more comfortable. Build quality feels solid, and it handled tough water conditions without any problems. If you’re dealing with hard water and want a straightforward, heavy-duty shower filter, this one did exactly what I needed it to do.

We bought mainly for the hardness and chlorine in the shower water. So during the shower I did feel more softeness in the water but then after the shower I filled a jug of cold water from the shower head and tasted it compared to my filtered sink water and city chlorinated tap water. To my surprise this filter did not hardly remove the chlorine from the tap water at all. But the water did seem softer. So the advertising for this product is not accurate. I would not recommend this product. Spend a few hundred dollars on a proper water system.
