This vibration plate has been a great addition to my routine. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and doesn’t take up much space, which makes it convenient for home workouts. The best investment I have made for my health so far!! I discovered it through an influencer but it’s not just a social media trend it actually works! If you have any type of chronic muscle tension/stiffness like me, it will work to break up the deep layers of stuck fascia—as long as you’re consistent with it! I have used it almost daily for 20 mins at a low-moderate level and I have felt years of chronic tension starting to literally shake away! I have noticed my muscles stay defined and toned despite not lifting any weights and just doing squats. I highly recommend this product!

Got it a few months ago and it sat in my room doing nothing but stubbing my toe when I walked by. It's out and I am using it and asking myself why not before now. This is great!! It actually works you out. Gotta wear shoes though, at least I do lol. Don't just buy it...... USE IT!!!!

The machine is great to use. I have been using it for a few months and my remote control quick working. I reached out to the seller about what options I had for getting a working one. Thought I was going to be told that I would have to buy a very pricy replacement. It only cost me $20 for 3 remotes.

I ordered this thinking it would be great to add to my exercise routine. So when it arrived at my door I took it out immediately to try out. It came the wrong color (not what I ordered) which I thought strange. But I had fun trying it out thinking I could live with the hot pink. It did feel fun and it was very easy to use and not so big I could move it to wherever I needed. Not sure how much of a workout it would give me but it was fun. Then my neighbor called asking if her package came to my house by mistake... turns out I had not checked the label and it was hers! Embarrased I immediately brought it to her (repacked properly) then waited several more days till my actual order arrived. It arrived but whwn I picked it up at the door the box rattled! I opened it and found it had broken and shattered bits were all through the box! Amazon would not replace it and only sent me a refund when they got it back (I sent it back immediately). I am giving 3 stars because I did not get a replacement nor the possibility to get it as it was no longer available. If it is available now, I lost the desire to have it as it was just for its "coolness" and not a necessary.
