Absolutely top notch microneedle. Light, sturdy, needles stay put. Wish the head was slightly bigger but it's good. Looks great and fits well in hand. The only one better than this one is the premium version from beard club

Had a prior dermatologist roller from another company and struggled to get an even depth with the longer needles. This tool made things much easier and seems hardier than the other tool which broke while capping the derma-roller. Was definitely affordable considering the quality and the case it comes with.

I bought this for my scalp and was hugely impressed initially with the build quality and how easy it is to use. After a few sessions, hair began to get caught in the roller and now it won’t turn without excessive pressure. That same lovely build quality means I can’t just pop the roller out to clear the trapped hair. This wasn’t expensive but it’s such a waste. I will swap to a derma stamp in future to avoid the problem.
