I bought the GEVOKE 500 piece first aid kit to keep in our RV, and it’s fantastic. It comes packed with everything you could need for emergencies, from bandages and antiseptic wipes to tools and basic medical supplies. Everything is neatly organized in compartments, making it easy to find what you need quickly. The case itself is sturdy and compact, easy to store, and feels built to last. I really appreciate how complete this kit is for the price. It’s great for home, travel, or keeping in the car for peace of mind. Easily stored in car and fits on my hiking ruck. Has just about everything you need (have a smaller trauma kit hooked to it for way more serious injuries). Does not weigh much for so much packed into it. Will cover almost all medical emergencies, scrapes to large lacerations. Very good buy and a very good price.

Excellent set of first aid gear! I got this for our homeless care program. There are frequent minor injuries that need attention, but public health care is limited these days. This kit offers home care for those who have no home. This is a thorough first aid kit.

I bought two of these. Good basic set and compact. There isn't much room for additions, but I have added clotting bandages, an Israeli bandage, a better tourniquet, chest vents, and replaced the scissors with a more robust pair in each set. I wanted to make sure the set was more equipped with trauma gear.

The bag itself feels durable and the interior compartments make it easy to quickly find what you need instead of digging through a pile of supplies. There’s a good variety of items inside including gauze, wraps, gloves, and tools, which makes it useful for the car, home, sports, or outdoor trips. I also like that the bag has extra room so you can add or replace items as needed, which is helpful because no kit is ever perfectly tailored for every situation. Pros: well organized bag, durable construction, a large assortment of medical supplies, and enough space to add your own items. Cons: surprisingly, there are no adhesive bandages (Band-Aids) included, which feels like a strange omission in a first aid kit. That’s probably the single item most people use the most, so you’ll likely want to add your own right away. Overall it’s still a very useful kit and a good value for the amount of gear included, but plan to supplement it with a few everyday items to make it fully complete.
