Great resistance bands โ durable and reliable!
Iโve had these resistance bands for almost a year now, and I use them every single day. Theyโve held up incredibly wellโno tearing, no stretching out, and the tension is still just as strong as when I first bought them. The material feels high quality, and theyโre comfortable to use for all kinds of exercises. Whether I'm doing strength training or simple stretching, they work perfectly. Honestly, these are some of the best resistance bands Iโve owned. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

These bands are of high quality and the best value for the pack. The variations of colors to easily indicate the different strengths to the bands! These bands are compact and durable which is perfect for at home or on the go. Workouts, rehab, simply stretching. These bands are a must for the fitness toolbox.

Pretty mediocre.
Not outstanding, not terrible. They work great if you're taller, but I'm around 5' 5" so these were a little long for me to honestly get any stretches done. But they didn't snap, so I'd call it a win.

Variety of resistance options and square shape instead of thin flap makes for easier grip.
Durable and easy to grab (square and not thin/flat). A nice range of options of resistance for different work out exercises where the variety allows for growth in a work out. Easy to store at home. A really good price for a set like this. I have been very happy with this selection.

Great for muscle tone at home!
Love these! Iโm over 50 and only need to maintain muscle tone and perfect as I watch TV in my living room. I spend anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes doing multiple stretches and using the stronger bands to maintain strength. Easy to store as well but I prefer to keep them out as it forces me to stay on top of my workouts.

Strong sulfur-rubber smell to them.
Seems to be in good quality so far. I just wish there was an imprint or something to label each bands' weight to make it a bit easier rather than having to come back here to the product page on amazon to look; or include a paper that has the information. Yes I could wright it down with permanent marker but still. They do have quite the strong rubber smell but hopefully that goes away with time. Having a sensitive nose is a curse sometimes... Now to figure out how to use these beyond the few options they gave with the paper included.
