When I threw the sheetrock on the wall and started to run some tape I found my taping knife from the local hardware store to be I dunno I just didn't like it, so I went looking around and folks recommended Level 5, so I bought this one. It's nice, it does what we want it to do, it's comfortable to use, the blade is plenty sharp, the sticker peels off a lot easier than that big box store taping knife did, so for functional us it has proven durable, and there's just what I feel is the right amount of flexibility in the blade to get the job done nicely and efficiently making the knife a good value for the money in my opinion. It is durable and cleans up nicely. I liked this so much that I ended up ordering the 32" skimming blade as well. My opinion, when ya got yourself some good tools the job just goes a lot smoother, like my walls. If ya want a level 5 drywall finish use level5 tools. I don't know if I still got it or if Level5 made me look like I still got it, but I like the results I obtained using these tools.
