Would’ve gave 5 stars but item never came with a scoop, and it says on package scoop included. Spent a good 10 minutes digging to find out no scoop came. Would be appreciated if I get a scoop.

Ich trainiere seit längerer Zeit regelmäßig Krafttraining und habe in den letzten Jahren schon verschiedene Kreatin-Produkte ausprobiert. Dieses Kreatin hat mich jedoch wirklich überzeugt. Das Pulver ist extrem fein gemahlen, lässt sich problemlos in Wasser oder im Shake auflösen und ist komplett geschmacksneutral – kein unangenehmer Nachgeschmack, kein Klumpen, auch nicht bei kaltem Wasser. Ich nehme täglich eine konstante Dosis und habe bewusst auf eine Ladephase verzichtet. Nach etwa 1–2 Wochen habe ich im Training einen klaren Unterschied gemerkt: mehr Kraft, vor allem bei schweren Grundübungen, bessere Spannung in der Muskulatur und insgesamt mehr Leistungsfähigkeit über mehrere Sätze hinweg. Auch die Regeneration zwischen den Trainingseinheiten fühlt sich spürbar besser an. Besonders positiv finde ich das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Qualität ist hochwertig, gut verträglich und verursacht bei mir keinerlei Magenprobleme. Für alle, die ernsthaft Kraft aufbauen oder ihre Trainingsleistung steigern möchten, ist dieses Kreatin aus meiner Sicht eine sehr gute Wahl. La polvere è fine e si miscela bene in circa 100 ml di acqua come indicato (3,5 g per porzione). Dopo averla provata per alcune settimane, non ho riscontrato fastidi particolari e la solubilità è buona, con pochi residui se mescolata correttamente. La confezione da 500 g (circa 142 porzioni) è pratica e richiudibile, adatta a un utilizzo prolungato. Apprezzabile anche l’indicazione chiara delle dosi sul retro.
