Excellent Chromebook
Works perfectly. Long battery life, high picture quality, fast for web browsing and streaming. And the keys light up so you can see them in the dark. Make sure to keep it elevated or on a flat surface so you don't block the fans (which are quiet and only activate if the laptop overheats)

Great Computer & quick delivery
Received my item much quicker than planned. Packaged well for shipping with no damage done during transit. The computer looks brand new. Backlit keyboard really adds both aesthetically & in function. The item is exactly what I saw advertised at a great price!

Defective product
The screen randomly turns off completely, even though the system continues running in the background. In practice, this makes it unusable. What’s even more frustrating is that from Costa Rica there is no clear or accessible way to return the product, leaving the customer without any solution for an obvious defect. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this product, especially if you are purchasing from outside the U.S., as support in these situations is practically nonexistent.

Excellent purchase, could not be happier for my intended use
I could not be happier! I honestly know nothing about laptops other than I need one for emails, storing pics and web surfing-with a touch screen and back lit keys. Jumped in blindly when I needed a new laptop--and this one is GREAT! Apparently it can do a lot more than I need it to do, by what the fellow transferring data told me. He was very impressed with my know-nothing selection. Does auto correction and 'wonky syntax' prompts and corrects misspellings before I can hit the back key, lol. Was VERY easy for me to transition from a Lenovo laptop to this Chromebook Plus. Just turned it on, connected to wifi and I was back in business with no learning curve (thanks to laptop guy's tutorial and installing some apps for me--nice guy!) Literally turned it on, clicked the app on the task bar that I wanted and I was back to doom scrolling :-) Screen quality is great, so is sound. Great price for what I got.

A little disappointed
This laptop isn't Chrome plated! Why do they call it a Chromebook when it isn't CHROMED!?! Heck of a Google operating platform though...I'd buy another.

Best Chromebook plus EVER
I bought a different refurbished Chromebook on Amazon and had to return two of them. This refurbished item works perfectly. It also has all the bills and whistles that you don't get with a normal Chromebook, such as backlight keyboard, higher RAM & storage, & TOUCH SCREEN. Worth every penny, And a steel compared to anything else on Amazon for the same price with all these features.
