Great Product Great Price
The product is exceptionally good especially the battery life. It easily lasts 14 days. The only issue is gps only in small tight turns, if you run on long empty roads or grounds then that also works fine if you run in streets where there is a lot of blockage then sometimes the gps jumps between streets. Overall great product under 2000 rupees.

Been using it for the last month with over a month at minus temp in Europe. A good and efficient hassle free product with lot of flexibility. The more you use the more features you discover. Worth it.

Defective Product and Poor Seller Service
After using this smartwatch for one week, I am giving my review. The first problem is the battery backup. The battery lasts only for 2 days, and it drops from 100% to 10% very quickly, while the brand claims it can last up to 18 days. So I will give it 1/10. The second problem is Alexa. Alexa is not connecting to the mobile phone. This also gets 1/10. The third problem is the password feature. I protected the smartwatch with a password, but the watch does not ask for the password. This also gets 1/10. The fourth problem is activity tracking. When I started an activity while travelling from one place to another, after completing it and checking the data, it did not show how long I travelled and all the data was erased. Overall, I would say never buy the Redmi Watch 5 Active. Also, when I returned the smartwatch on the second day, the seller told me that I would get a new one within 20 days. However, I still have not received it, and now my return policy has also expired. I feel that the seller cheated me.

Awesome experience. Superb watch.
This is most satisfied watch that I used ever. Especially it's design and finishing and the smooth hyper os interface. Mi done a great job. It's display has high brightness even in bright sun light. Alexa feature I loved so much. Great watch thank you.
