There were other folding crutches on desertcart with WAY more reviews but when I looked closely they all seemed to have some design faults. This set only had 2 reviews but the mechanism looked better and they took returns. After receiving I was pretty impressed with the construction and the mechanism as it was sturdy. Truthfully they are a bit of a pain to get to the folded position so I wouldn't want to be doing that often but it will great for storage. The arm pit pads are a little skimpy so we got some washable cushion covers for those which you can see in the picture. Review: Haven't gotten past the assembly part yet. Something is off a tad, which prevents the lock pin from engaging fully by the hand grip. It's in a location that even if it didn't lock, it wouldn't prevent it from being used. I decided to dremel out the holes instead of ordering another pair. Room for all kinds of adjustments! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they are light-weight and easy to assemble.
