Review: Great book for beginner. - This is a very good book to read. A lot of information for a beginner and much more. The only bad thing I could say about this book is that it needs a few updates. Review: Good for a Beginner - I have been interested in learning to distill alcohols for a few years...I already make wine so this seemed to make sense as a new hobby. This book so far is really good. I know very little about distilling but this is teaching me so much. It is written in simple, easy to understand language and goes through the whole process. It includes recipes and really everything you need to know to at least get started. I'm sure there are plenty of higher level books out there...but if you are a novice like me - this is a great way to get started.
