Great tool for the scalp! Even if you don’t use any other products, just by using that activates your blood flow which still helps with new hair coming out!

Others better for scalp
High quality but too wide for the scalp. Too much surface area to get decent pressure, make full contact, or maneuver well. Bulkier/wider wheel is also less nimble than the smaller, narrower wheels and can cause hair to wrap around the wheel and get pulled out. No Bueno. I'm sure it's great for other body areas, though, when you want to cover more surface area with minimal penitraition.
