These are good value tea bags. They have a good flavour and make a nice alternative to standard breakfast tea or green tea. As for their health benefits, I personally have felt an improvement with prostate and bladder symptoms. Also a slight improvement with joint pain. I tend to let them brew for a good five mins or more.

However, I believe that after sipping on my 1st cup, I have now discovered a unique flavour of tea that I can drink, hot or cool in the summertime. I added some lemon slices and a few drops of honey, and this has become part of my daily tea intake that is delicious. I like that the ingredients list is simple and straightforward, with no added flavours or filters. The aroma is natural and calming, and a tea steeps even evenly whether I brew it light or let it sit a bit longer for stronger cup. It’s easy to drink on its own or paired with other tease if you enjoy blending. I absolutely recommend it for anyone who enjoys herbal teas with natural that of high-quality

Excellent Tea great health benefits. Mild flavor, not my favorite but I drink for health benefits. I add organic peppermint with it and it tastes better. If you add a lil honey "tada" it's soothing.
