Other manufactures of similar wire rate it at 200 deg C continuous with 220 deg C short term. A further clue of its actual rating is the tin plated core. Research shows that since tin melts at 232 deg C it must not be used for plating wire with a working temperature above ~ 225 deg C. Itโs good cable for <220 deg C hence the 2 stars. Review: Seems like quality wire about 18ga good enough for tail light project I have going and ample wire for most projects be prepared to wait awhile it comes from china
