These were recommended by a friend and I was skeptical as I naturally am. Started taking them and after a few days was noticing I was having a hard time waking up to my alarm in the morning. I was sleeping deeper, longer and had more energy. Never had any side effects, the pills are easy to take before bed and are a great value for the price. They have helped me and turned me into a believer.

I have used these for the past 6 months and found them to be very effective. I also combine it with their Magnesium capsule for maximum effect.

Not sure it’s the sleep breakthrough advertised, at least for me. I’ve taken the capsules for a month with no discernible sleep help. At best it helps a little to help me fall back asleep after waking up in the early am. I will try for another month to see if it helps. Sometimes supplements need to get into your system before realizing any benefits. Time will tell but so far this has not been the sleep solution I was hoping for.

This kicks in faster than an hour for me and I realize that half a dose seems to be much better suited for me. I like that this company third party tests all of their products. I like the powdered magnesium powder so may give the powder version of this one when I run out of the capsules.

Second time I have ordered this. It works. I am sleeping better and feel rested. I am thrilled that I have found something that doesn't give me a hangover!

Ineffective for me. No side effects. Would not recommend.
