I love these panels, in that they are light and the mounting profile is very slim. I mounted these on the roof of my trailer using t-track and the eyelets of the panels. They are only about 1/2 inch above the roof, to allow for some venting, and they are hardly even visible from the ground. Output is as expected, I will get about 90+watts when the sun is high in the summer sky. This is without optimal positioning and all. Next black friday if they are back down in price i can see myself purchasing two more of these if my summer camping shows me that I need a bit more charging while I extend my off grid camping. Review: Manufacturing defect passed on to me - Update May 2025: I reached out to Renogy and they have shipped me a replacement panel, no hassle. This is in line with what I have experienced from Renogy in the past: solid customer service and decent product. - - - - Would be two stars because this was listed at a low price since it was a seller return. I should have known better than to buy a customer return. I just got around to looking closer at it today (when I'm outside the return window) and 12 of the 36 cells are delaminating, or at least full of bubbles. I have been a Renogy customer for years and have several of their more-expensive products like a 48V 3500W Solar Inverter Charger, and have been generally happy. But now I am profoundly disappointed that desertcart passed on this defect to a customer on Renogy's behalf. ## Features - [Extremely Flexible] This flexible solar panel is capable of meeting a wide range of applications where standard panels can be inconvenient to mount, such as on the curved roof of an airstream - [Ultra Lightweigh] Thanks to advanced polymer materials, these flexible solar panels weighs 70% less than conventional solar panels, making transportation and installation a breeze - [Super Thin Lamination] Hardly noticeable, the Renogy flexible solar panel 100 watt laid flat is only a tenth of an inch tall. Approximately 95% thinner than its rigid counterpart, this panel is ideal for a stealthy solar setup - [Highly Durable] Rigorously tested, the 100W solar panel flexible was designed to withstand extreme wind of up to 2400 Pa and snow loads of up to 5400 Pa - [Potential Uses] The renogy flexible solar panel can be primarily used on off-grid applications that include marine, rooftop, RV, boats and any curvy surfaces ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07BMNGVV3 | | Amperage Capacity | 4.84 A | | Best Sellers Rank | #14,360 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #66 in Solar Panels | | Brand | Renogy | | Brand Name | Renogy | | Connector Type | MC4 | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 967 Reviews | | Efficiency | 22% High-Efficiency | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00816360027188 | | Included Components | Solar Panel | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 48"L x 21.5"W x 0.08"H | | Item Highlight | 100W Flexible Solar Panel for for Marine RV Cabin Van Car Boat Curve Surfaces Off-Grid Systems, 0.1 Inch Lightweight, IP68 | | Item Type Name | Semi Flexible Bendable Mono Off-Grid Charger for RV Boat Van Car Uneven Surfaces | | Item Weight | 4 pounds | | Manufacturer | Renogy | | Manufacturer Part Number | RNG-100DB-H | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 5 years | | Material | Polymer,Aluminum Alloy | | Material Type | Polymer,Aluminum Alloy | | Maximum Power | 100 watts | | Maximum Voltage | 1000 volts_of_direct_current | | Model Number | Flexible Solar Panel 100 Watt 12 Volt | | Number Of Cells | 64 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Output Voltage | 12 volts_of_direct_current | | Product Dimensions | 48"L x 21.5"W x 0.08"H | | Special Features | Flexible | | UPC | 816360027188 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Upper Temperature Rating | 176 °F | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Renogy - **Efficiency:** 22% High-Efficiency - **Item Weight:** 4 pounds - **Material:** Polymer,Aluminum Alloy - **Product Dimensions:** 48"L x 21.5"W x 0.08"H ## Images ![Renogy Flexible Solar Panel 100 Watt, 240° Ultra Flex Bendable - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71c1zuO7AIL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How do i attach panel to a fabric bimini. i didn’t realize there are not any holes in edges of panel before i purchased.** A: My panel had grommets at the corners. Under these I sewed 3 inch canvas reinforcement and then sewed 1.5 inch nylon washers after drilling 16 1/16 inch holes around the edges. I then bolted the panel through the grommets at these locations. To prevent wind getting under it I then drilled 1/16 inch holes alone the edge of the panel every 1/2 inch and sewed the edges to the canvas. I think the entire panel could have been done that way if it didn’t have the grommets. **Q: Why is the wire on the pos side so short? I’m having trouble finding branch connectors long enough to connect two panels.** A: Agreed. Makes no sense to have one cable so short. It also makes no sense to have diodes in opposite directions. Connecting 2 panels is a pain in the ass trying to find branch connectors. Renogy geniuses at work. **Q: can these be place on a boat deck and be walked on?** A: I agree w/the 1ˢᵗ answer - contact the Seller for exact info, but I would also say the following: ▪ There are special globular prisms on the panels that dramatically enhance their light gathering ability, which may be quite fragile, & ▪ I'd say that if you wouldn't walk on your windshield, you probably would want to avoid walking on these panels... **Q: Can I wrap it around myself to charge what I'm carrying when walking in sun? Or mount on umbrella?** A: No they are not that flexable ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the Profile *by J***F on May 3, 2022* I mounted two of these to the top of my camper to help keep my two 6v lead acid batteries topped off for those weekends I might find myself without electric. But now I am profoundly disappointed that Amazon passed on this defect to a customer on Renogy's behalf. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great new design *by A***N on June 11, 2019* I had previously used the old flexible panel design that Renogy produced for the past couple years with bad luck, a few of them failed, but upon opening this package it was clear to see the difference in the quality of the build of the panels themselves which is probably why they are now offering a better warranty. They definitely are more robust, super flexible, installed easily onto the roof of a van with 3M tape and they put out great power, even in lower lights. Renogy is one of the bigger names in solar, and with all the other companies that do solar and are come and go on Amazon, it is definitely worth putting up a couple extra dollars up front to have a company that will still be around and actually respond or honor a warranty if you have issues with their product. ## Frequently Bought Together - Renogy Flexible Solar Panel 100 Watt 12 Volt Monocrystalline Semi-Flexible Bendable Mono Off-Grid Charger for Marine RV Cabin Van Car Uneven Surfaces - Renogy 10Ft 10AWG Solar Adaptor Wire Extension Cables with Female and Male Connector, 1 Pair, Black - Renogy Voyager 20A 12V/24V PWM Waterproof Solar Charge Controller w/ LCD Display for AGM, Gel, Flooded and Lithium Battery, Used in RVs, Trailers, Boats, Yachts, Voyager 20A --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/65507979-renogy-flexible-solar-panel-100-watt-240-ultra-flex-bendable](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/65507979-renogy-flexible-solar-panel-100-watt-240-ultra-flex-bendable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
