Nothing to dislike. well made, delivered a week before expected. well packed. instructions easy to follow. regulated with ease. I assembled and put it up myself ( only have one arm.) totally delighted with purchase. added bonus ,Cyril (the cuckoo,) eats very little.

Beautiful clock photo s on net do not do it justice. All wood fantastic workmanship and detail. Highly delighted. Was losing time but easy to regulate and put right. Everyone comments a real talking piece. Now want a musical one and would definitely use this company again. Clock came in 4 days. Well packaged all instructions and dvd to get it up and working. This is a lovely clock, beautifully crafted and everything I hope for. Instructions were clear and concise to set up. As has been said by others takes a little time to regulate but isn't difficult. Happy to recommend

Lovely clock but had about 1 month still trying to get the time exact time running minute late or early still trying fingers crossed we get there.

I purchased this as a gift for my mother, who has wanted a Cuckoo clock for years. We had a small one when I was growing up and between moving and what not, it just stopped working many years ago. Mom lives with us now, and I wanted to get her something really special. I wanted an authentic, traditional, mechanical clock. There's just something wrong with a cuckoo clock that needs batteries, in my opinion. This clock fills the bill. You can manually silence the cuckoo and chimes for night if you wish with a little pull lever, but we do not use that option. The cuckoo and chimes both have a pleasant, resonant sound. This clock is a gorgeous work of art. The details of the carvings are so wonderfully done, the quality of the work really shines through. We love the chalet theme, as we ourselves live in a log home in the forest, in the mountains of Montana. The woodpile and kindling, the owl, the bunny and the trees are all so charming and the colors of the clock are very rich and pleasing. The clock was a breeze to set up, and the instructions very easy to follow. If the clock runs a little slow or fast, it is easy to adjust; and once adjusted it keeps very good time. It comes with a nice little booklet about the Cuckoo clock tradition, the clock-maker, and a certificate of authenticity, showing that it was made in the Black Forest of Germany. It comes with a DVD as well, but we didn't watch that so I can't speak to what is on it. This clock was worth every single penny. Mom loves it, and so do we.

Unfortunately the product was damaged during shipment. That said, NevaRose issued a full refund and were completely professional and ethical to deal with. We loved the clock and will absolutely deal with this comapny again when we order a replacement.
