Works good! Cooks well; works great with pre-packaged food instructions. Food comes out cooked as expected, right temperature, even cooking across the whole area. Nice and fast, more economical and doesn’t heat the kitchen as much as the big oven. Would be great for small spaces as a substitute oven as long as you’re not a professional baker. Has 2 separate oven parts; you’ll have to read the instructions the first time or two but then you got it. The top part is mostly a toaster/broiler with a tray. The bottom part can be an air fryer, an oven, and whatever else it says. We mostly air fry parmesan cheesy brazi-bites (15 min), mozzarella sticks (7 min), cheese curds (little cheese bites - 6 min), and a few other things. On top we broil/toast cheesy toast and such. Yummy!! It’s worked very well so far. It alerts you when it is pre-heated and ready to cook (but you can honestly pop the food in at the start before it pre-heats and let it sorta cook for the 2 extra minutes while warming up; it comes out good) and then beeps when it’s done cooking. You can cook with each part independently or at the same time. You pick top or bottom, select the cook type (oven, air fryer, broil, etc) then set the temperature and time. It remembers the last thing you cooked, so if you make the same thing a lot, it’s very easy to just pop it in and go. We got brown parchment paper type liners for the fry basket and they work great to keep cheese from dripping; it still cooks well with them. Little loud - have to turn tv up by 2. The fan blows while it’s cooking and when it’s cooling after you use it (5-10 minutes). That’s the only bad part. You wouldn’t want it right next to you, but as long as it’s in another room, it will be fine. Ours is in the kitchen with a bar and otherwise open, so that’s why we turn the volume up. If the room was closed, it would be fine. But if you live in a studio apartment and can’t stand noise, not for you. It’s about twice as loud as an inset microwave but no where like a vacuum cleaner. Inset microwave with fan is louder than it.

This is one of the best things ive bought in a long, long time. I researched a lot of them. I have used it for over a year now and never once had to use my regular oven in that time. It is still as new as it was the day i bought it. I mostly bake it in, & do meals for 1 person. I rarely use it as an air fryer. My cookies have never come out this nice before. My breaded fish is crunchy on the outside & not over done on the inside & doesnt stick to foil if i turn it half way through. Same with TGIF potatoes skins. They come out perfect like in the restaurant & better than my regular oven. I think it's because the temperature seems to match what is on most packages or boxes & the size is relevant to smaller amounts of food. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people. I usually only use the top tray in the middle position with foil on it to help keep clean , and temporarily take the other 2 out. I used to use parchment paper but no longer bother with that & use foil instead. When I need counter space I love being able to flip it up and use that feature. It does get hot inside & hot, but to be expected. I keep my ninja rice cooker on it, but remove it when cooking cuz of the small plastic feet on it. It's an oven after all. Be careful. Buy it. You won't be sorry. I love it & am saving on pre-heating a huge oven that I dont really need.

Wow. Just wow. First off, it's two in one. It's a pretty effective convection oven with all sorts of settings on the bottom, and a super powerful super fast toaster oven on the top. Didn't even know this existed, but once our old unit failed, and I did some looking, this kept coming up as a top reviewed model. In fact, the reviews don't do it justice. It has done so much for us in so little time, we don't know how we got by without it. One thing to be aware of, it has a total maximum amount of power it can draw. So if you're trying to toast bread while you're using the bottom oven, the toast time will go up and the toasting isn't great. Because it reduces or throttles back the power on the top If you were using the bottom. But it only slows her down you can still make toast. I've done it plenty of times. I use Gemini and get advice on how to use it because it is crazy complicated. Essentially the different settings can adjust the speed of the fan up or down. I think the fastest airspeed is the airfry condition. That crisps up raw cut potatoes that I shake in oil & a little seasoning, And it makes perfect french fries. Does a great job with chicken fingers too. The pizza setting is incredible, the cheese is bubbling, the crust gets crunchy, in no time at all. It's like magic. We sometimes use this now instead of the microwave for a lot of things. A microwave makes stuff mushy and indifferently heated. With this one, you can adjust the fan speed up or down using the different settings and the different temperatures to get exactly the outcome you want.

There's a lot to review here! Overall, we are quite happy with the item. There are a lot of pros and some cons. PROS: 1) It's big. It can easily do French Frys for four. 2) It cooks everything evenly. With heating elements located at the top, bottom, and in the back by the fan, there is no need to flip, shake, or rotate. 3) It has two-level cooking; that is, fries can be done in one basket, and chicken nuggets can be done at the same time in another basket or pan. 4) It is relatively quiet. 5) The preheat time is only 90 seconds. 6) Since it's Ninja and has been around for a while, there are some good accessories available. Now for the CONS. There are a few, but they don't distract much from the overall rating, maybe minus one star. 1) The outside stainless surfaces are easily soiled by fingerprints, oil, etc. 2) All of the exterior surfaces get hot!! This is the biggest con in my opinion. 3) The function buttons are a bit hard to read, especially the secondary functions of slice and shade, but I'm 82 years old. 4) The preset functions may or may not be suitable for some users. For example, for a nice brown toast, I need the shade setting at the highest level, 7. The preset setting for bagels at 4 only browns the edge of the bagel. Overall, an excellent unit. Its very large capacity, coupled with its versatility, is outstanding. It cooks, toasts, and airfries everything very evenly once the user finds their preferred setting.

We bought this a few weeks ago after our second toaster crapped the bed after a year. Decided I missed having a toaster oven, so far this has replaced our oven for the most part. We are a large family; 6 kids. I have been able to make pizzas for the family obviously not all at once but I made 2 at a time and I didn't have to heat up our house when it was 90 degrees outside. My kids love that I can make baked potatoes a few nights a week for them in this. The toast and bagels come out great each and every time. I don't find this unit a hassle to clean thus far. We have made sweet potato fries, that are nice and crispy. It does take up quite a bit of counter space which is a small downfall however I consider this a secondary oven and I love it so much. It's easy to use, controls work well, the versatility is amazing for us. Being a large family I can make one thing in our oven at one temp and supplement the rest of our meal using the air fryer/toaster oven for the rest. Our electricity bill hasn't budged since utilizing this unit daily either so I love that too! I read so many reviews and debated buying other products but am so pleased I decided on this one. So far we absolutely love this and am excited to continue to use this and see what else she can do!

This little oven is great for anything that will fit. It heats up fast, uses WAY less power than using the full size oven. Cooks evenly. (Never have to rotate my cookies.) Has multiple functions that are actually useful. Doesn't take up much room. I wish the light would stay on, but it has an auto-off function. I wish there were other color/finish options. Black stainless would be nice.

I've gotten a lot of use from this fryer and I love it! Very High quality and cleaning is easier than crockpot style fryers. Large enough for frozen pizza and larger items as well as a basket for smaller food makes it versatile for different style cooking. Controls are easily understood with perfect heat distribution.

The absolute BEST appliance I have ever bought. It does everything. It not only heats up much faster, it saves a ton of energy. The oven function works perfectly, and although it is not quite as good as a dedicated air fryer on that setting, it is very close...just a tad slower(and holds quite a bit more food). It even makes good toast. It can dehydrate, although I have not used that function. I would imagine it can do that without any issue. It is very intuitive and easy to use. I have cooked food on it's air roast function, but I have not cooked an entire chicken in it...but it can certainly hold one. Both of my daughters have one now, too. They also use it daily and love it. I HIGHLY recommend it. I cannot find a flaw. Amazing.

This toaster-oven-air fryer is really nice. I had a few other oven like this from other manufacturers and none of them produced the quality of toast this one is producing! The dual oven setting is really great and make usage is perfect. The air fryer is big and convenient and produce crispy food. The warmup is pretty fast. Operating the oven is a little bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty straightforward. The cons : It could be a little larger as a 13 inches pizza sheet pan won't fit in. Also, it is alittle noisy compared to others I had. The lower oven could have 2 more height setting for the rack for better convenience. So I really recommend this oven, the best I've owned up to now.

En general la marca es de buena calidad y en particular este modelo funciona muy bien, que este en posición horizontal me funciona mejor. en cuanto al funcionamiento muy bien los resultados son muy buenos.

I have attempted many times to get a refund but Amazon comment keeps appearing saying I am not eligible gif a refund!!! Daylight robbery when the fault is of the seller. I also contacted seller and they advised to use a converter as tge item is US product 110/120v I have tried several and different plug sockets of mine yet it still is not working I live in Dubai & bought a relevant Transformer for the appliance 110/120v (US) - 210/220v (Dubai) as advised by a qualified electrician and if still did not work. It’s a shame as the appliance looks good, a great capacity for what i required.
