You never know when you will need them.
I got these for my first aid kit, and havenโt had course to use them yet, thankfully, but itโs good to know that they are available. They do look to be good quality.

A must have for first aid kits.
I bought the product some months ago to keep in our first aid kits. I spilled a large takeaway coffee on my hand and wrist the skin was not covered unlike the rest of me. No cold water was available in the outlet and no first aid offered, fortunately I remembered I had the sachets in my first aid kit. The product when applied rapidly cooled my hand and wrist.
