Great product, I use it with distilled water in my netti pot, actually a squeezable plastic bottle. From what I understand it is really important to use these salt packets in the water to maintain a healthy nasal cavity environment. Plain water is a no go! I put one packet in the container and add the distilled water and the salts dissolve almost immediately in just an ounce of water, amazing! Of course I add about 6 ounces of water and then warm it up in the microwave of about 15 seconds to approach normal body temperature.This is the best deal on Amazon with 120 packets for the lowest price! My nasal cavities feel clean and refreshed after use. The treatment was recommended by my ENT doctor and I am glad I started with this product.

A good, effective product and was less expensive than what I had been buying

So soft, yet effective. They are easy to use and not as sharp as other brands I have tried. We even keep them in our cars and take them on vacation with us! When our son uses our cars we notice he uses them also. Great product to add to your dental hygiene routine.

So full disclosure: I’ve been a faithful user of NeilMed Sinus Rinse for years, but was running low and on a tight budget, so decided to try this instead. The price point was perfect and no doubt will last a long time. Dissolves great and definitely gets the job done, but as I’ve learned, not all sinus rinses are created equal. This had a stronger flavor? Odor? I’m really not sure how to describe it. But that’s my only reason for knocking a star off- it’s not as “neutral” as NeilMed. It does its job and eventually I’ll get used to it; just hadn’t seen any other reviews quite articulate the difference.

The same quality as more expensive brands. Nicely packaged. I rinse my sinuses at least once a day, so a box goes quickly. I will buy it again.

Cheaper than the neilmed sachets by over half price from a local supermarket. Exactly the same, salt and bicarbonate of soda, most of the ones on amazon contain only salt, be aware they will sting! The bicarbonate of soda in these sachets takes the sting away, thourghly recommend!
