I have tried so many shampoos/conditioners over the last year but they have all suddenly caused my scalp to itch - decided to try this one and although it seems a bit more expensive it is a large tube and best of all no more itching - I bought the conditioner also and have had no problems - no scent but worth it to stop sore scalp.

I wish I had found this shampoo years ago. I am allergic to fragrance and smell as I have got older but my hair has never been in such good looking condition and colour. My real colour is there after years! Even without an allergy, I would have used it all my life if I had known about it. Thoroughly recommend.

I am sure this shampoo is really helpful for those who may have skin conditions. It is free from many ingredients that can irritate the skin. It lathers well, but you need to get the right amount of shampoo, otherwise you will be rinsing your hair for quite a long time. I do not think I will use this shampoo again, as it has really flattened my hair and I then have to spend ages trying to get the lift/bounce back. Fortunately I do not have conditions that need especially careful treatments. Too much hard work.

My daughter has tried a range of shampoos to find one that does not irritate her scalp. In the end we settled on E45 as the only one that did not irritate her, but that comes in relatively tiny bottles, so you are constantly having to restock. This shampoo is a larger size, so lasts longer. It is clear and neutral smelling - no perfume, but not horrid smell either. It lathers well and, best of all, no irritation. I now have this on regular order from Amazon. I am only knocking a star off for one thing, which is that the squeezy-tube packaging is not recyclable, which is a shame. It's the only thing I would improve.

Having read the reviews I was relieved that I had found something that would finally stop the itchy scalp that was driving me crazy. How wrong can you be ? Half an hour later it was back to a madly itching scalp. What a disappointment. Shall not buy again. Very good as an ordinary shampoo, but as for helping with itchy scalp. NO WAY!ll

I love this shampoo. I’ve been suffering from spots on my scalp so decided to try this. There has been a definite improvement so will keep using. There is loads of lather and it leaves my hair really soft

I am afraid i didnt have a great experience with this shampoo at all. To explain i have long grey fine hair, my hair is almost at my waist. I have been using this now for a week, i wash my hair every other day, so i have used this 4 times in total. The 1st time i used it i used too much and my hair took ages to rinse out due to all of the foam. You do not need as much shampoo as you think you do. The next few times i used it i had got the balance right and had figured out how much i needed. The positives are that it has no scent, foams well and you do not need to use conditioner. My issue is that once my hair had dried my hair felt and looked horrible. Greasy, thick, lank, it felt as though i had put half a bottle of styling mousse in my hair, it felt gross. I thought at 1st it was because i was using too much shampoo, but it has happened every single time i have used it. It seems to leave a build up of something in yoru hair, well it did in mine at least. My hair also knotted easier and i found it difficult to run my hands through my hair because it felt like i was running them through gunk. Now this might be ok for certain hair types or for kids, but for me? No. I threw the tube away and i wont be using it anymore because my hair felt and looked horrible and i had to wash it out with my normal shampoo.
