The power bank is superb and works easily with minimalist charging period and holds good against my requirement and charges my phone 3-4 times easily. (I have samsung m31).

A compact and small size power bank which is easy to keep in pocket and go with it anywhere I just loved it,Very comfortable and also charges the phone with decent speed and as you know it is a 20000mah power bank it can be taken to aeroplane without any issue,it weights less compared to other power banks of same capacity and also heats issue aren't found yet so I am really happy.

I am greatly disappointed as the power bank has become totally defunct after two weeks of use. It is not getting charged. I was befooled myself for choosing the item. My money is lost. I don't know whether it can be repaired. I want to know whether the seller company can solve the issue. I think the reputation of the company will be questionable. I will be grateful if it is replaced.
