I have sleep apnea and I don't get enough oxygen at night. Nasal strips are one solution for helping get some more oxygen. I clean my face at night then use the strips. Easy to peel off and stick on the nose according to the package instructions. They open my nostrils enough I can feel extra airflow. They don't smell, they are durable, and last a while. I haven't had any skin irritation and I have sensative skin. The only problem I find is if you place it wrong, it may not stick back on, or if you are a face down sleeper, it will not stay all night.

This is a very good product for anyone with a deviated septum, especially if you use a CPAP machine. It helps keep nostrils open. This brand is wider than other brands I've tried and has a strong adhesive. The adhesive is not too strong and does not rip the skin. The little "spring" inside keeps my nostrils open all night. It is a tan color so you don't scare people if they see you wearing it.

Here's what I can say about these nasal strips. They are not as good as the Breathe Right large strips that I was using, but the price of those was getting out of hand. I looked at alternatives and found these. They do get the job done, but I just wish the plastric strip embedded in these was a bit stronger. Here are some things to know about these: 1. My routine has always been to apply these after a night time shower. If that isn't possible, it's important you clean the application area well to limit oils. I always apply within 15-20 minutes of getting out of the shower. 2. When applying, I keep my index fingers pressing on the far ends of the strip for about 10 seconds to warm the adhesive for better adhesion. 3. If you follow those two steps, these things stick better than any Breathe Right strip I've ever used. For example, I'd say once or twice a week, I'd have a Breath Right strip give way on one side, but I've never had that happen. But, I don't think these apply quite as much pressure as the large heavier duty Breath Right strips did. 4. If you have sensitive skin, these may have too much adhesion to make it uncomfortable to remove. Holding a damp warm/hot towel against your nose for 10-20 seconds can make them easier to remove. Overall, I'm pleased with these. They have some pros and cons, but for the price, they're hard to beat. I just ordered my second box, so I have been using them for a few months now, and while not quite as good as the name brand strips out there, they do get the job done at a fraction of the cost. I've tried some of the other generic strips which were trash. These are the only ones I've ever bought where I reordered. I deducted a star for the somewhat difficult nature of removing them, and for the plastic strip not being quite as thick as the Breathe Right strips.

These are really great nose strips, if you need them. Breath-rite are around $11.50-$12 for 30 or 35. 100 of these for around $20. They are bigger and stick better than the name-brand. Been buying them for over a year after WM got rid of their standard size tan Equate brand. These are great - highly recommend them.

These do stay on all night and work well but, be careful when removing, they will tear your skin. Slow and easy and you will be fine.

Nose strips really help me sleep better - so I have tried lots of brands. These are kind of big for my nose/face, but they work the best of any I have used. They adhere the best of any I have tried and are very competitively priced.
