They are great, nice size, and easy clean up

I love these precut sheets; so many versatile uses within my oven, my air fryer, cookie sheets and frying pans. I would highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase it again when my supply runs out!

Decided to try these vs. cutting paper to fit from a large roll (what a pain!). Also using these in lieu of aluminum foil; they are thick enough that juices and fats do not soak through enough to make a mess - typically not at all. Have used for baking chicken, roasting potatoes, baking bacon, meatloaf, salmon. All was great. No stick, no fuss, no mess, no trying to cut a big roll that won't lay flat. Put a sheet in the pan, plop the food on, into the oven. Done. A big plus using this parchment paper vs. foil - no smoke; with foil, I'm running the exhaust fan - with this paper, no fan. Two thumbs up. It works so well that I purchased the next size up for 12"x16" pans.

Great quality and easy to use

I have only used these for lining cookie sheets and for baking French fries, so far. When used for cookies the sheets worked fine but unlike parchment paper that can be bought in a grocery store they are not really good for more than one use. I was totally underwhelmed when I used the sheets to line my pan for French fries. They were soaked with grease and did nothing to keep the pan clean. The reason I used them was to avoid having to wash the pan used for cooking. My cookies (oatmeal chocolate chip and ginger cookies) did not stick and that was the reason for using the parchment sheets. I like that the sheets are unbleached and perhaps that is why they are lighter weight than the rolls of white paper? These are individual sheets of parchment and it is convenient to not have to fight the roll to get a piece torn off which usually ends with a messy curling edge and an odd shaped liner. It's a trade off and I am OK with that.

These are super handy when you bake a lot like we do. We make cookies and homemade rolls regularly. They are also nice for anything with melted cheese so it doesn't stick. The tear off kind often does not tear right for me. I fins that I like storing these in the drawer at my counter where I can just grab them and go. I sometimes cut them into 6 pieces to store meat in layers in the freezer. It seems like a good price to me for what you get. They are unbleached, which is a must for me.

I like this parchment paper because it is shipped flat, so when you take a piece it remains flat and doesn't roll up or under like the parchment papers that come on a roll. It is a great quality parchment paper.

These are the perfect size for my baking sheet. I love not having to cut the individual sheets. Very convenient to use.
